Team Restructuring
Traditional team of 10 reps becomes 5 reps + 2 agent operators + 3 exception handlers. Org chart shifts. Who owns agent performance? Who owns escalations? Define explicitly; don’t let it emerge.
Change Management
Workers whose roles shift need clear paths. Reps becoming ‘agent trainers’ or ‘complex-case handlers’ need development. Org design without change management causes retention problems.
