Visual state machine. Records move through stages; each transition has conditions, actions, and required fields. Process enforcement without writing code.
When to Use
Deal progression, case escalation, onboarding sequences. Any record with a defined lifecycle and gate conditions benefits.
Transitions
Click to advance stage — only available when conditions met. Required fields block advancement. Custom actions fire on transition.
Common Actions
Send notifications, update fields, call webhooks, invoke Deluge functions, assign tasks. Every transition is an orchestration point.
Governance
One blueprint per lifecycle. Don’t overlap. Test transitions in a sandbox. Changes to blueprints affect in-flight records — plan the migration.
