The employee-facing portal — catalog items, knowledge, case submission. Branded to your org. Separate from the IT service portal to avoid confusion.
Data Privacy
HR data is regulated (GDPR, local privacy laws). Configure ACLs per case type, keep sensitive fields encrypted at rest, audit access. HR data mistakes are the kind that go to legal.
